rbbaji Terms and Conditions

1.1 Platform Introduction

rbbaji is an online gaming and betting platform in Bangladesh that provides registered users with sports betting, live casino, slot games and other entertainment gaming services. In this document, "rbbaji", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the rbbaji service.

"User", "you" or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on the rbbaji platform or is using its services.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits and Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) for each method. Once a deposit is made, it is generally credited to the account instantly.

• Deposits must only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Making deposits using third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Details of every deposit are recorded and suspicious transactions will be reviewed.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. Bonus terms and conditions:

• Bonus wagering requirement: the deposit amount and bonus together must be wagered 20 times (20x).
• Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: on a ৳8,000 deposit you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified time.
• The bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, IP address or device.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• rbbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• After receiving a bonus, the specific terms and conditions of the related promotion also apply.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

4.3 Cashback and VIP Rewards

rbbaji has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

The specific terms of the cashback benefit are defined separately for each tier. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity.

5.1 Permitted Gaming Activities

All games and betting options offered on the rbbaji platform are operated honestly and fairly (Fair Play). Users may only participate in games available on the platform.

• Slot games, fishing games, live casino and cricket betting are available to join.
• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• In sports betting, wagers can be placed on various tournaments including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of winnings:

• Using any software, bot, script or automated method to operate games
• Unauthorised access to the platform's systems or any attempt to hack
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits

5.3 Technical Errors and Disputes

rbbaji reserves the right to reclaim at any time any amount or credit incorrectly added due to a technical error. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the platform's server records will be considered the final evidence.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between rbbaji and the user. These documents supersede any prior oral or written understanding.
